1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the peso8 platform (including the website, mobile interface, and all associated services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the peso8 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and use. peso8 does not accept registrations or gameplay from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

2.2 Account Registration

To use peso8 services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile phone number
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• Residential address within the Philippines

You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the above details change. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the peso8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all duplicate accounts
• Forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held in duplicate accounts
• Cancellation of any pending withdrawals
• Permanent ban from the peso8 platform

peso8 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts are identified by matching email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and other behavioural indicators.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peso8 account username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify peso8 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

peso8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted under your account credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your peso8 account using any of the payment methods made available on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and over-the-counter deposit services.

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfers and over-the-counter methods may take longer depending on the payment provider.

peso8 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet service) may impose fees on their end. You are responsible for any such fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your peso8 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (see Section 3.3 below)
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically ₱100)
• You must withdraw using a payment method registered in your own name

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

peso8 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal request if:

• Your account has not completed identity verification
• We suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms
• There are unresolved disputes or chargebacks associated with your account
• Your account is subject to an active investigation

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

peso8 is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may request the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Postal ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

Failure to provide requested documents within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

4.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from the peso8 platform for a specified period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period:

• You will be unable to log in to your account

• Any pending bonuses will be forfeited
• You may withdraw any remaining account balance before the exclusion takes effect

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. If you request permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed and cannot be reopened.

Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited. peso8 reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in bonus abuse without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the peso8 platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsified documents, or identity theft
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or play games
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with peso8 software
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been used for gaming
• Offensive Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour toward other users or peso8 staff

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the peso8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of peso8 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any peso8 content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, peso8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to user error or negligence
• Technical failures, server downtime, or software bugs
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers

peso8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the peso8 platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the Philippines in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against peso8.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.
